The aims of the Staff Welfare Committee are multifaceted and include:
  • Employee Well-being: Prioritizing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees by implementing initiatives such as subsidized canteen and accommodation facilities, maternity leave benefits, and access to healthcare schemes like ESI.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering a sense of belonging and community among employees through activities organized by the staff society and annual family meets, promoting camaraderie and teamwork.
  • Professional Development: Supporting the continuous learning and growth of employees by providing opportunities for paid training programs, seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty tours, enhancing their skills and knowledge base.
