Scrutiny Committee

The committee is mainly formed to ensure that all the exams being conducted in the college following the quality and standards of the conduct of examination.

Objectives:

  • To help in planning and implementing examination in an effective manner
  • To conduct the examination as per the standards and guidelines given by the university

Functions:

  • Prepare policies for evaluation of question paper
  • Ensure confidentiality throughout the preparation of question paper
  • Maintain the records to verify the student participation in examination
  • Evaluate student performance in the examination and identify the slow learners on the basis of results.

Frequency of meeting: – Once in 3 months
