College Management Committee

The College Management committee is a controlling authority that consists of eminent people from management, service, education and institute representatives. It functions to promote efficient, effective way of coordinating various activities associated with the institute.

 

AIM

To ensure continues advancement and growth in the institute by formulating various policies, activities , exchange of ideas.

OBJECTIVES

  • Obtain approval of updated policies and procedures of the institution.
  • Review periodically the functioning of the Quality management system of the institution.
  • Ensure the continual improvement of standards.
  • Review the adequacy of the teaching and learning system, results, and supporting facilities. to plan, implement and evaluate the Quality management system.

FUNCTIONS

  • Obtain permission to modify and renew infrastructure, staffing, teaching & learning resources, and new facilities.
  • Plan and obtain approval for institutional budget
  • Review and recruit teaching and non-teaching staff based on the requirement.
  • Update regarding admission and the results of the academic year.
  • Monitor the progress of the syllabus periodically.
  • Plans and implements faculty training programs and promotions

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE:

  • The committee will meet 4th Saturday in every 4 month
  • Information will be given to members one week prior specifying the agenda of the meeting
  • The minutes of meeting are recorded and attendance sheet is maintained.

FREQUENCY OF MEETING

Once in four months and as need arises.
